The new Etsy Context specific search results are altering the way that renewed items are showing up. You used to be able to renew something to give it a recency boost, and it would go to the top of the first page. That isn't necessarily true anymore, and the results could vary for everyone based on their own computer history. It's taking up to two days for things to find their way to the spot they should be in based on the listing's ranking in the Etsy algorithm,
